My full
name is Diva Adhitistati Purnama Dewi, but people
prefer to call me Diva. I was born in Bandung
on July, 2nd, 1978. As already known, Bali is
a wonderful island and very famous in the foreign
countries as an “Island with Thousands
temples”. I am very lucky to be here.
Since I was a child, I loved to play games.
And since 14 years old I started to fond of
card games such as blackjack, puzzle and the
others card games. I loved to play card games
because these games are so interesting. In this
game I learn about patience. Besides, I also
get so many experiences, not only how to be
a winner but also playing strategies. I was
educated in University of South Australia, and
ive been to one of the casinos there, but didnt
get a chance to really play the game...what
a pitty. Currenty I work as Sales Manager in
Jewelry company in Celuk Bali, but in my spare
time at home I always logon to the internet
and play the Yahoo poker. I've even played some
real money games using my credit card at Pacific
Poker , I am currently winning by $35 in Pacific
Poker in one of the rooms there playing 25c
- 50c games.
In order to develop my hobby, I then join the
“Putri Bali Woman’s Poker Club”.
In this club, we can develop our hobbies together.
As information, this club is not only provided
for Poker lovers but also for the other card
games. Besides, this club gives me an inspiration
to do this activity seriously, which then leads
me with the trust of club peers to hold an important
sit in “Putri Bali Woman’s Poker
Club”. I am supporting Prima our club
leader to get a coach to train us so we may
have a chance like others to win the WSOP. But
before that Id like to win a few hundreds in
Pacific Poker first mind you.
Meanwhile, this club also forms me as a woman
who knowing and understanding a lot about games.
I also get so many friends who are willing to
help me when I got a trouble with the games
logic and flow. In fact, seriousness in doing
a hobby will lead us to be a professional person
in that field. I think I will win a lot one
of these days. Hopefully 1.5 million in one
WOSP competition playing againts champions like
the Fossil man, Greg Reymer
